Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using our fitness studio services (“Services”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Isabarre Studio and any related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Membership and Access

Membership: To access Isabarre Studio, you may be required to purchase a membership or session pass. Membership fees and options will be clearly communicated to you before purchase.

Access: You will be granted access to Isabarre Studio during designated operating hours. We reserve the right to modify the operating hours, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

4. Health and Safety

Physical Condition: You acknowledge that participation in our barre workout classes involves physical exertion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical condition to engage in these activities.

Medical Clearance: If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before participating in our barre workout classes.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings while on Isabarre Studio premises. Please secure your belongings properly.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: We expect all participants at Isabarre Studio to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow members. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by our staff for your safety and the safety of others.

6. Fees and Payment

Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your membership or session pass at Isabarre Studio. Payment details and options will be provided to you upon registration.

Refunds: Membership fees and session passes at Isabarre Studio are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

7. Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at Isabarre Studio, including class schedules, without prior notice.

Cancellations: In the event of class cancellations at Isabarre Studio due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide suitable alternatives.

8. Late for Class

To maintain a productive and focused learning environment, students are encouraged to arrive 5-10mins before class commence. We have a 10 mins grace period. If student(s) arrive after the grace period, it will be considered as a no-show for that session. In the event of an emergency that may prevent timely arrival, please reach out to us directly. We will address such situations on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isabarre Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or any injuries incurred during participation in barre workout classes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Isabarre Studio, including logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by us. You shall not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Isabarre Studio is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using our fitness studio services at Isabarre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Services.
